The research project on trade secrets organized by the Shenzhen Intellectual Property Research Association with an expert team has, after more than a year of in-depth research and case analysis, officially formulated the "Guide for the Protection of Enterprises' Trade Secrets". From the legal definition, the establishment of enterprises' internal management systems, employee training to dispute response strategies, this guide provides enterprises with a systematic trade secret protection solution in all aspects.

 

The guide also includes some typical cases, demonstrating the significant role of sound trade secret protection measures in enhancing the competitiveness of enterprises. It is hoped that it can provide a powerful reference for small and medium-sized enterprises and even large corporate groups in safeguarding their core technologies and business information.
