Intellectual property, as an important cornerstone for the development of modern economic society, the effective implementation of it plays a crucial and significant role in stimulating innovation vitality, ensuring fair competition, and promoting the high-quality development of the economy. This paper aims to explore how to establish and improve the implementation mechanism of intellectual property to better protect innovative achievements and promote the efficient utilization of intellectual property.

 

This paper first analyzes the existing problems in the current intellectual property implementation mechanism, such as insufficient law enforcement efforts, incomplete judicial protection, and the need to improve the efficiency of administrative management and services. These problems limit the effective functioning of the intellectual property system and affect the enthusiasm and creativity of innovative entities.

In response to the above problems, the paper proposes specific paths for establishing and improving the intellectual property implementation mechanism. Firstly, strengthen law enforcement efforts, increase the cost of intellectual property violations, and form an effective legal deterrence. Secondly, improve the judicial protection system to ensure that intellectual property cases are heard fairly and efficiently. At the same time, optimize the administrative management and service processes to improve the efficiency and convenience of intellectual property examination, registration, rights protection and other aspects.
