The Shenzhen Intellectual Property Research Association has launched a public welfare project of "Free Legal Consultation". It mainly targets fledgling small and medium-sized enterprises and individual inventors, providing them with preliminary legal guidance in aspects such as patent applications, trademark registrations, copyright registrations or infringement disputes.

 

Through this project, the Association hopes to further lower the threshold for safeguarding intellectual property rights, enabling more enterprises and individuals to have the opportunity to protect their innovative achievements. For applicants who meet the requirements and have urgent cases, the Association can arrange senior lawyers to provide one-on-one in-depth consultations and assist them in formulating response plans.
